Key Responsibilities:
- Plan projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure goals are met
- Efficiently manage resources (human, financial, and technical)
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans
- Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Communicate with clients and vendors, ensuring their satisfaction with project progress
- Ensure compliance with required quality standards and specifications
- Solve problems and make timely decisions
- Professionally manage changes in project scope
- Evaluate project performance upon completion and document lessons learned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum of 17 years of hands-on experience in project management
- Professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
