Up to £115,000 Tax-Free Per Annum + Accommodation & Benefits
Position: Director of Nursing
The Opportunity
We are recruiting an experienced Director of Nursing for a leading private healthcare group in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing services, ensuring excellent standards of patient care, clinical governance and professional practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop nursing teams across the organisation
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance, quality and patient safety
- Support workforce planning, recruitment and professional development
- Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with senior medical and operational leadership
Candidate Requirements
- Significant senior nursing leadership/management experience
- Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership experience highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and nursing standards
- Eligible for SCFHS professional classification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Accommodation provided
- Transportation to and from work
- Annual economy return flight, subject to contract terms
- 30 days annual vacation + 10 calendar days annual holiday
- 48-hour / six-day working week
