Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operational Architecture Programmer (iServer) to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience preparing documentation for systems and government development projects. This role requires prior government project experience, with a preference for candidates who have contributed to digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation using the iServer platform, ensuring compliance with government standards and supporting the successful delivery of critical projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems and government development projects using the iServer platform.
  • Develop architecture diagrams, system design documents, and detailed specifications in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and government stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the accuracy and relevance of documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute technical expertise to facilitate decision-making.
  • Ensure that all documentation adheres to government standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Regularly update and refine documentation to reflect project changes, emerging digital transformation trends, and evolving industry standards.
  • Identify and implement improvements in documentation processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support the digital transformation of documentation practices within the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience preparing documentation for systems and government development projects.
  • Prior experience in government projects is mandatory, with a preference for those who have been involved in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and the use of documentation tools, with specific experience using the iServer platform preferred.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
