Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead the architectural design of a 5-star hotel and residential tower, ensuring luxury, functionality, and sustainability in line with client expectations and industry standards.
  2. Oversee all phases of the project, from concept development to construction, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure integrated and cohesive project delivery.
  4. Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
  5. Manage client relationships, presenting design concepts, updates, and addressing concerns or feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the construction process aligns with the design intent and specifications.
  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  8. Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable practices to enhance the project's design and functionality.
  9. Ensure the project's design is aligned with the brand's identity and the overall vision for luxury living and hospitality experiences.
  10. Foster a culture of creativity by encouraging innovative design solutions that elevate the project's architectural quality and user experience.
  11. Lead the integration of sustainable design practices into the project, focusing on energy efficiency, resource conservation, and environmental impact reduction.
  12. Ensure all designs comply with health and safety regulations, accessibility standards, and other legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  13. Actively participate in the construction process by coordinating with contractors and addressing any issues that arise during the execution phase to maintain design integrity.
  14. Engage with various stakeholders, including local communities, government officials, and clients, to gather input and ensure alignment with project objectives and community standards.
  15. Collaborate with project managers and estimators to develop cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality or aesthetics.
  16. Implement quality control measures throughout the design and construction phases to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
  17. Oversee the preparation and management of comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  18. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, resolving complex architectural challenges and ensuring adherence to design specifications.
  19. Conduct research on emerging architectural trends, materials, and technologies, and incorporate relevant findings into project designs to maintain a competitive edge.
  20. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing design concepts, project progress, and updates while effectively communicating the vision and benefits of the project.
  21. Facilitate collaboration among various disciplines, including landscape architecture, urban planning, and interior design, to create cohesive and integrated design solutions.
  22. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring that any challenges are addressed promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  23. Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  24. Participate in professional organizations and continuing education opportunities to stay current with industry trends and advancements in architecture.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  2. 15+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on high-end hospitality and residential projects.
  3. Proven experience in leading large-scale hotel and residential tower projects from concept to completion.
  4. Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  5. In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  8. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for guiding and developing junior team members.
  9. Commitment to sustainable design principles and an understanding of LEED or other green building certifications is a plus.
