The role ensures compliance with statutory licenses, manages medical staff certifications, oversees service contracts, and provides administrative support. It handles legal matters related to penalties and operations and manages property assets and new locations.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining and updating all statutory licenses of units including but not limited to MOH license, Municipality, Civil defense, CHI, CR, Ministry of Environment License, CBAHI, etc., related to operations of the group/any branch.
  2. Maintaining and updating licenses from MOH and Saudi Council of Health Specialties for all medical staff.
  3. Maintaining all company service contracts, including outsourced services.
  4. Providing administrative support and services for all staff and other administrative functions.
  5. Liaising with the legal department to handle penalties and other cases related to the admin department, including those affecting operations or the group's reputation.
  6. Managing the property management department dealing with all real estate assets/rental spaces of Abeer, including new locations.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

1. Necessary Knowledge & Experience

  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Civil Engineering background preferred

2. Qualification

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Administration, or a relevant major

3. Languages

  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and oral (Arabic & English)

4. Nationality

  • Saudi Nationals only
