Job Description

  1. Extensive experience in UI/UX design, including designing web and mobile applications.
  2. Experience in API testing and Mobile apps / ISTQB Certified Preferred.
  3. Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts and test data.
  4. Report defects and assist in their understanding.
  5. Knowledge about agile methodologies / tracking tools like JIRA / developing automated testing scripts.
  6. Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
  7. Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  8. Ability to conduct user research and apply customer insights to inform design decisions.
  9. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deliverables.
  10. Manage the UI/UX design team at Synechron to deliver innovative, user-centered designs that meet business and customer requirements.
  11. Define and execute the design vision for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  12. Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide design recommendations that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  13. Manage the development and delivery of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  14. Ensure that all designs are accessible, usable, and meet industry standards for quality and performance.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
