Cooling Engineer specializing in Uniflair and APC cooling systems. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of various Schneider Electric cooling technologies and models.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Schneider Electric cooling systems
  2. Expertise in Uniflair and APC DX cooling models
  3. Proficiency in chilled water systems and big chiller operations
  4. In-depth knowledge of Inrow and Inroom cooling solutions
  5. Strong understanding of HVAC principles and best practices
  6. Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
  7. Experience in performing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
  8. Familiarity with energy efficiency optimization in cooling systems
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Certifications:

Additional relevant certifications in industrial cooling systems are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Install, maintain, and repair Uniflair and APC DX model cooling systems
  2. Manage and optimize chilled water systems and big chillers
  3. Configure and maintain Inrow and Inroom cooling solutions
  4. Conduct regular system inspections and preventive maintenance
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex cooling system issues
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cooling efficiency
  9. Stay updated on the latest cooling technologies and industry trends
  10. Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
  11. Perform Start-up/Commissioning on all APC-Uniflair equipment across the entire product line on single module and multi-module systems
  12. Perform Preventive Maintenance on all APC-Uniflair equipment across the entire product line on single module and multi-module systems
  13. Perform Unscheduled Maintenance on all APC and Uniflair equipment across the entire product line on single module and multi-module systems
  14. Perform data center assembly services and basic DCIM configuration for cooling integration part
  15. Perform basic Power Audits of customer's distribution systems, working with Sales to complete Availability Assessments
  16. Document all required information for each site visit performed
  17. Work with other team members to complete custom and large installation projects
  18. Educate APC-MGE customers on basic operation of their equipment
  19. Assist Service Partners- Secure Power during the site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance
  20. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Certified on APC & Uniflair cooling
  • 3-5 years experienced on APC & Uniflair cooling
