Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare architectural designs, plans, and specifications for a variety of construction projects
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to ensure designs are practical and meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and compliance with regulations
  • Utilize advanced software tools for modeling, drafting, and rendering architectural designs
  • Review and analyze project proposals, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancements
  • Participate in project meetings and presentations, communicating design concepts and technical details
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to architectural engineering
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • A minimum of 13 years of experience in architectural design and engineering
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Professional licensure or certification is a plus
