We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCADA Expert for a short-term assignment for a railway project in Mekkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the SCADA infrastructure to ensure seamless monitoring, control, and automation of railway operations.

• Implement and maintain real-time monitoring and control systems for railway operations.
• Configure and troubleshoot SCADA hardware/software, including HMI, PLC, RTU, and communication protocols.
• Develop SCADA interfaces for real-time data visualization and operational analytics.
• Ensure high availability, cybersecurity, and reliability of SCADA networks.
• Collaborate with railway engineers, system integrators, and IT teams to optimize system performance.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
• Provide documentation, training, and technical support to railway operators.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and emerging SCADA technologies.

• Minimum of 15-20 years experience in the railway industry with emphasis in highly automated metro SCADA systems.
• Must have worked on at least two railway projects within the last 10 years.
• Must have worked on at least one O&M and projects role within the railway industry.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or another GCC country would be preferred.
