Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia Al-Qadsiah Saudi Club نادي القادسية السعودي Full time

Be Part of a Legacy Bigger Than the Game

At Al-Qadsiah Club we're creating more than teams—we're crafting a legacy that goes beyond the game, making an impact both on and off the field. Driven by ambition, synergy, and innovation, we aim to inspire generations while shaping the future of Saudi sports.

This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to be part of something larger than yourself. At Al-Qadsiah, you'll play a key role in shaping our legacy, contributing to the nation's sports vision, and making history every step of the way.

Overview:

At Al-Qadsiah Club, we believe that great teams start with great people — and as a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the gatekeeper of that greatness. This isn't just a hiring role — it's a chance to build the legacy of a national sports icon, one extraordinary candidate at a time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, success profiles, and key competencies for each role.
  • Conduct role intake meetings to align on job requirements, success profiles, budget, timeline, and interview format.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates.
  • Ensure hiring practices are structured, fair, and consistent to support equitable decision-making.
Sourcing & Talent Intelligence:
  • Use advanced sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, events, and networks) to engage both passive and active talent.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage data and talent market insights to advise hiring managers on trends, salary benchmarks, and role positioning.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
  • Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience that reflects the club's values and culture.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Promote Al-Qadsiah's employer brand through consistent messaging, campaigns, and ambassadorial representation in recruitment events.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to candidates when appropriate.
Reporting & Process Optimization:
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications, record interview feedback, and ensure process transparency.
  • Understand and adhere to SLA's and recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously recommend and implement improvements to sourcing channels, interview frameworks, and onboarding workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Advise hiring managers on interview planning, structured evaluation, and best practices for unbiased assessments.
  • Work on workforce planning, onboarding alignment, and retention strategies.
  • Support diversity and inclusion goals by sourcing from diverse talent pools and reducing hiring bias across all stages.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience in a high-performance environment.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring across various functions (operations, marketing, support roles, etc.).
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and modern hiring tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, or large-scale events industries.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor law and local hiring practices.
  • Exposure to employer branding or campus recruitment initiatives.
  • CIPD, SHRM, or Talent Acquisition Related Certificate.

Why Join Al-Qadsiah?

  • Be Part of the Legacy: Join a club that's redefining the future of Saudi sports, striving to lead the competition and set new standards of excellence.
  • Experience the Culture: Thrive in an environment that values quality, accountability, diversity, synergy, innovation, and ambition, while embracing harmony—this is the Qadsiah Way.
