Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, optimize business processes, and drive strategic initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure operational excellence and support the company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 8+ years of leadership experience in operations, preferably within the tech/startup ecosystem.
  3. Proven track record in scaling operations and driving growth.
  4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulatory landscape is a plus.
