Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and ambitious Marketing & Digital Manager to lead our marketing efforts and digital strategy. This role will focus on driving brand engagement, leveraging social media, fostering creativity, and bringing innovative ideas to enhance O-100's market presence and customer connection. The candidate will also be responsible for strategic and operational marketing of our retail stores, managing marketing budgets, and coordinating closely with high-end brands for events, artistic collaborations, and new store openings across the Kingdom. CRM and clienteling will also be a key area of focus to drive customer loyalty and personalization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness and drive sales both digitally and in-store.
• Oversee and expand O-100's social media presence, ensuring dynamic, engaging, and high-quality content.
• Create innovative digital marketing campaigns aligned with O-100's ambitious growth plans.
• Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and media partners to amplify brand visibility.
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives and operational activities for our retail stores.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost-effective results.
• Coordinate closely with high-end brands for exclusive events, artistic collaborations, and promotions.
• Lead marketing efforts related to the opening of new retail stores across the Kingdom, ensuring successful launches.
• Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and drive loyalty through personalized clienteling.
• Work closely with the retail and e-commerce teams to activate data-driven clienteling programs across touchpoints.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Manage content creation, ensuring alignment with brand identity and luxury positioning.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing effectiveness, continuously refining approaches.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Marketing & Digital Management, ideally in luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance.
• Expertise in social media strategy, digital campaigns, influencer marketing, CRM, and content creation.
• Strong experience in clienteling and customer engagement initiatives.
• Exceptional creativity and passion for luxury retail and fragrance industries.
• Ability to develop innovative marketing concepts that resonate with luxury consumers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
