Job Role:

As a Sales & Accounts Manager at SOL Gulf, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the management of key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, qualifying leads, and networking within target industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Account Management: Develop strategic account plans for key clients, outlining growth opportunities and action plans.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals that articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that address clients' business needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business administration, Sales or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the technology consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients.
