Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring optimal equipment and facility performance.
  2. Partner with client representatives to establish clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that define expectations for maintenance activities, response times, and service delivery.
  3. Provide direct leadership and oversight to maintenance teams, ensuring timely and efficient completion of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks.
  4. Collaborate with planning and operations teams to establish prioritized maintenance schedules that maximize equipment uptime and minimize operational disruptions.
  5. Analyze maintenance data, identify trends, and generate reports to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain maintenance budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and achieve budgetary targets.
  7. Collaborate with procurement and warehousing to ensure timely resupply of consumables and fast-moving inventory items required for routine maintenance activities.
  8. Establish and manage a 24/7 maintenance response and repair organization, including defining escalation procedures and response protocols.
  9. Identify and coordinate training needs for maintenance personnel, ensuring all staff possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  10. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company standards. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management systems.
  11. Develop and manage protocols for planning, executing, and overseeing equipment upgrades and facility refurbishments.
  12. Oversee the execution of the division's 24-hour on-call rotation, ensuring response times meet established company expectations.
  13. Maintain positive customer relationships and address any maintenance-related concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Engineering / Facility Management or equivalent
  2. 15+ years of combined experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  3. Minimum of 10 years in project management or maintenance and repair leadership within a large organization.
