Host and Event Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Host & Event Representative for a prominent and leading company in the restaurant sector, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation, with over 300 branches across Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities
  • Welcome customers and assist with the ordering process.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness according to the standards.
  • Provide high-quality service through effective communication with customers and staff.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about the restaurant products, offers, and promotions.
  • Promote new offers using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Listen to and report customer feedback, requests, and complaints to the relevant departments.
  • Provide special attention to guests who require it, such as children and elderly customers.
  • Organize and manage internal and external event activities.
  • Lead birthday parties both at the restaurants and customer locations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum high school diploma; higher education preferred.
  • Experience in event coordination or entertainment activities is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic, with the ability to maintain high energy levels during events with children.
  • Warm, child-friendly personality, able to engage and encourage children's participation in activities.
  • Creativity and imagination to develop engaging, age-appropriate games and activities.
  • Strong communication skills to positively interact with customers, parents, and guests.
  • Patience and adaptability to handle various situations, manage conflicts, and adjust activities as needed.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual, ensuring smooth event execution.
  • Safety awareness to supervise children and ensure their well-being during events.
  • Optional: Costume and makeup skills for themed parties or character appearances.
