Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction projects and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Use drafting software (e.g., Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, Revit) for designs and renderings.
  • Review shop drawings and provide recommendations.
  • Supervise and coordinate onsite activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Address challenges in design and construction.
  • Communicate technical information clearly.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5 years of experience, preferably in construction projects.
  • Architectural degree or related field.
  • Expertise in construction materials and finishes.
  • Proficiency in drafting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand plans and elevations.
  • Supervisory experience in drafting and onsite activities.
