We are seeking a Project Management Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the consulting industry and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  2. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to all related stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to optimize project outcomes and improve processes.
  7. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  8. Manage authority engagement and approvals.
  9. Coordinate with interdisciplinary design teams to address code-related RFIs, queries, workshops, etc.
  10. Collaborate with the planning team to secure resources and conduct code compliance reviews according to the milestones outlined in the client agreement.
  11. Review and adhere to the contract to understand payment milestones, fee schedule, and related terms, and issue invoices upon milestone completion.
  12. Manage changes and issue change orders for any additional scope beyond the agreed terms in the contract.

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
  2. PMP is a plus.
  3. Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in the consulting industry.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Experience with authorities and service utility providers is preferred.
