About the Job:

Arak Lighting is now hiring Senior Sales Engineers to help grow their presence in the lighting industry. Key duties include identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored lighting solutions through product demonstrations and technical support. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs, prepare accurate proposals and contracts, and negotiate terms to achieve sales goals. A strong understanding of market trends and a proactive approach to business development are key to success in this role.

Job Role:

  1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within designated territory or market segments.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and cultivating new business opportunities.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including conducting product demonstrations, presenting technical specifications, and recommending solutions to meet their lighting needs.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment with customer requirements and market demands.
  5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and maximize revenue.
  6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
  7. Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by management, consistently striving for excellence in performance.

Job Requirements:

  1. Must be Saudi national to align with job requirements.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting sales or a similar technical sales role in Saudi Arabia.
  4. Experience using Odoo system and CRM & Leads generation systems.
  5. Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  8. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business success and exceeding customer expectations.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Work Condition:

From Sunday to Thursday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Weekends: Friday & Saturday

Office Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
