Job Role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. This role involves handling purchase requests, sourcing vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsible for handling procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process purchase requests and obtain quotations from suppliers.
  2. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with vendors.
  3. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.
  4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  5. Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
  6. Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
  7. Keep records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
  8. Research market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  9. Work with suppliers to resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, or quality.
  10. Assist departments in selecting the best procurement options.
  11. Prepare and submit reports on procurement activities, spending trends, and supplier performance.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Language Skills

Proficiency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
