Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QC Piping Inspector (Aramco Approved) to ensure piping fabrication and installation activities comply with project specifications, Saudi Aramco standards, and international codes. The role involves inspection, verification, and quality control of piping systems in Oil & Gas projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
Inspect piping fabrication, installation, and erection activities.
Verify fit-up, alignment, welding joints, and dimensional checks.
Review and ensure compliance with P&IDs, isometrics, and drawings.
Monitor hydrotesting, pressure testing, and flushing activities.
Ensure adherence to Saudi Aramco standards and ASME/API codes.
Review material certificates (MTC), WPS, PQR, and test reports.
Coordinate with welding and NDT teams for inspection activities.
Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and punch lists.
Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Mandatory Requirements
- Saudi Aramco Approved (Mandatory)
- CBT Passed (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Aramco Oil & Gas projects
- Strong experience in painting & coating inspection
- NACE Level 1 / Level 2 (Coating Inspector) (Highly preferred / Mandatory in most cases)
- CSWIP 3.1 / AWS CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)
- ASNT Level II (UT, RT, MT, PT)
- Aramco CBT Certification (Mandatory)
