JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITY & AUTHORITY

  • Represent the organization in a responsible and professional manner.
  • Should have SABER experience to confirm SASO certificate & FASH.
  • Coordinating with the different BU, sales, compliance, Freight Forwarders and customers to ensure delivery is on time. Pre-alert to send immediately after shipment moved.
  • Documents preparation (CIPL / COO / attestation) for ready orders / shipments and screening before dispatch (visual compliance).
  • As soon as bayan received / inspection done, request duty payment to finance with proper approvals.
  • Responsible to use customer portal for shipping when required.
  • Maintaining accurate data of shipping docs and bayan soft copy.
  • Updating trucker sheet to keep track of each and every shipment in and out.
  • Administer the incoming and outgoing requirements for the company.
  • Ensure accurate input of details in relation to the various paperwork systems for the import and export of goods for the company.
  • Responsible for following up with FF's and negotiating for the best rate.
  • Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.
  • Responsible for producing and collating invoices, shipping, and transport documents.
  • Maintain filing systems of all incoming and outgoing paperwork and archiving these details in accordance with local requirements.
  • Liaison with the various transport and packing companies to ensure that items are adequately packed to meet customer and legislative requirements.
  • Responsible for expediting company goods and materials from various locations globally.
  • Handling enquiries in Logistics related matters from other members or staff.
  • Keep logs and records of executed orders etc.
  • To ensure that high standards of housekeeping are maintained in the logistics department.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
  • To actively participate in the training identified and required by the immediate manager or recommended by the human resource department.
  • To assist in internal and external audits of customer equipment.
  • Engaged in any other activities required by the Warehouse Manager.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in logistics.
  • Good knowledge of Oil and Gas spare parts.
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
  • Excellent knowledge of HS codes.
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma / Relevant experience.
  • Min 5 years of experience in Logistics.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal & written).
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Able to speak different languages.
  • Able to work with ERP system (SAP, Sage, Oracle).
