RIBATIS , Op rateur de la transformation digitale dans le domaine du #eGOV, cherche #Recruter en #FREELANCE un #SPECIALISTE #UX & #ERGONOMIE #LOGICIEL


- Missions :

R aliser en collaboration avec les chefs de produits et chefs de projets des tudes qualitatives permettant de tester la r action d utilisateurs internes ou externes face leur exp rience sur des produits existants ou en d veloppement ;

Constituer, si besoin, des cahiers des charges destination de prestataires charg s d tudier les comportements et les perceptions des clients : d finir les cibles approcher, les attendus de l enqu te, les modes et d lais de restitution ;

Animer les enqu tes terrains ou les contr ler lorsqu ils sont sous-trait s ;

Analyser les donn es collect es sous l angle des attentes clients, des l ments de satisfaction, d insatisfactions li es des exp riences v cues ou test es ;

Assurer des benchmarks et r aliser de la veille concurrentielle pour mettre en avant de bonnes pratiques et tudier les processus et exp riences utilisateurs d velopp s par la concurrence ;

Analyser les remont es faites sur Internet, notamment par les clients et les assurer sur les services rendus, leur efficacit , leur qualit ;

R aliser, en collaboration avec les chefs de produits et chefs de projets, les maquettes de l interface virtuelle (wireframe) pour structurer l information des produits ;

Concevoir et prototyper les crans des solutions fonctionnelles et parcours utilisateurs r pondant au mieux aux attentes des clients en termes de fluidit , simplicit et facilit d acc s quels que soient les types de support (ordinateurs, tablettes, portables ), et de canaux de communication/distribution (T l phone, Internet, Points physiques, ) ;

Former les quipes fonctionnelles et techniques sur les standard mondiaux et pratiques internes garantissant le d veloppement de produits logiciels appr ci s par les utilisateurs ;

D finir des indicateurs de performance qualit (Questionnaire de satisfaction entre autres, Customer feed-back, ) et commerciale (Analyse de flux en lien avec les Trafic managers par exemple).
