The position in a nutshell:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team for a limitedtime contract of one year. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of a scalable secure and well designed software product. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on React Native.


Note: This is a 1year limitedtime contract with a possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance and involves regular travel to Saudi Arabia for project implementation and coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design develop and maintain highquality mobile applications using React Native.

  • Maintaining and extending the functionality of existing cross platform software components

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.

  • Working closely with backend developers to implement and develop products with responsive designs

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and debugging with backend developers to deliver optimized products

  • Regularly travel to Saudi Arabia to collaborate with local teams and stakeholders.

  • Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies.

  • Documenting the software components and implementing the unit tests


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.

  • Proficiency in React Native and its core principles.

  • Strong understanding of mobile app development and design.

  • Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript

  • Experience with RESTful APIs thirdparty libraries and integrating with backend services.

  • Solid understanding of version control systems (e.g. Git).

  • Knowledge of native build tools like Xcode Android Studio etc.

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia for project requirements.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with native Android and iOS development.

  • Previous experience working in international or crosscultural teams.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
