Electro Mechanical Unit Manager ICT KSA

Job Summary:

Xad Technologies a leading technology solutions provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Unit Manager ICT to join our team. The Electro Mechanical Unit Manager ICT will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of electro mechanical systems within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills technical expertise and the ability to ensure efficient functioning of all electro mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:
   • Lead and supervise a team of ElectroMechanical technicians and engineers.
   • Set objectives provide guidance and monitor performance to ensure productivity and efficiency.
   • Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
2. Operations and Maintenance:
   • Oversee the maintenance repair and troubleshooting of ElectroMechanical equipment and systems including HVAC electrical distribution systems generators and pumps.
   • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment.
   • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to procure spare parts and equipment as needed.
3. Technical Expertise:
   • Possess indepth knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles and practices.
   • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and technological advancements in ElectroMechanical systems.
   • Provide technical support and guidance to the team to resolve complex issues and challenges.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations codes and standards related to ElectroMechanical systems.
   • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
   • Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols among team members.
5. Budgeting and Resource Management:
   • Develop and manage the departmental budget including expenses for maintenance repairs and equipment upgrades.
   • Optimize resource utilization and efficiency to meet operational objectives within budgetary constraints.
   • Monitor expenses analyze variances and implement costsaving measures where applicable.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Prepare regular reports on the performance of Electromechanical systems maintenance activities and KPIs.
   • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory maintenance schedules and service history.
   • Present findings recommendations and action plans to senior management as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) in a similar role preferably in industrial or commercial facilities.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills in highpressure situations.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations codes and standards (e.g. NFPA NEC ASHRAE).
• Proficiency in computeraided design (CAD) software and maintenance management systems.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable..
