Responsibilities :

  • L1 and L2 Troubleshooting and problem resolution and within SLA
  • Creating and maintaining Requirement Document, Impact Analysis, RCA, and Solution Document.
  • Creating and maintaining user manual
  • Onboarding of New Users (Supporting Application Training)
  • Working with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Interaction with Business on related Application Domain
  • Maintains current understanding of industry standards, current trends, and industry best practices through other professional networks.
  • Coordinates all resources needed to meet business objectives related to software applications.
  • Collaborates with business staff to thoroughly understand the software needs to be supported by the information systems and technology.

Qualification :

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant.

Experience :

  • 5-7 years experience in similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
  • English & Arabic written and speaking.
  • Excellent customer interaction attitude and behavior
  • Thorough knowledge of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environment.

Skill Set :

  • In one or more in areas, like Dynamics CRM, IBM Maximo, Oracle eBusiness Suit, .NET framework, SQL Server, Oracle DB, SharePoint, OpenText, HP Application Monitoring Tool, Primavera P6, ARM, Predict
