My client is a stealth startup working on a platform to help teams unlock their data investments to power real-time, personalised user They have raised a large seed round from top VC s who have backed well-established orgs within data and investment, as a business they have a strong runway that lets them make the right long term decisions to make the business you will be a part of a

Your day will consist of creating highly performant, robust APIs in (preferably in Go but they are open to engineers who have Strong back-end Engineering skills), designing and launching new features from an idea to production

You will design and deploy scalable & distributed microservices, integrate with various types of databases & 3rd party services and much more

The interview process will include a brief Screen with myself and then the organisation a technical screen that will take around an hour and then an onsite that would be roughly 3 hours to get into the detail around your experience and check the opportunity is a match on both sides
Requirements

• Experience building products from scratch
  
• 3+ years experience designing and building highly available and scalable backend applications
  
• Experience with most or all of the following: OLTP/OLAP databases, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi
  
• Passion for being a productive IC who can make an impact
