ROLE SUMMARY: The Account Manager is responsible for demand fulfillment based on an understanding of the needs of the account and the ability to service and connect account level customers to meet agreed business objectives. Account Manager is responsible for the growth and development of the assigned business area extensive promotion of products sales brand image and fostering team performance and reputation of the Companys values.

  • Responsible for Key Accounts planning at the national level.
  • Identify Customers incl. decisionmaking network.
  • Connect and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders to develop an account plan of action.
  • Disseminate information via multi and omnichannel communication in the customer target group via the customer preferred channel.
  • Ensure customer service and support by engaging with customers through both inperson and virtual interactions.
  • Problemsolve complex account/ institution challenges related to billing and product procurement with stakeholders.
  • Analyze current contracts identify opportunities and execute contracts with customers.
  • Respond to customer requests by connecting with a crossfunctional team to provide responses and input.
  • Arrange meetings to support communication and education related to our disease areas and brands.
  • Bring customers together to progress areas of mutual interest related to our therapy areas.
  • Develops and Leads the Key Account Plan and coordinates the crossfunctional team to deploy Pfizer offers and/or value propositions with Key Accounts.
  • Leads the development negotiation and implementation within accounts.
  • Connect and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders to develop an account plan of action and provide strategy with local and key account specifics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Medical/pharmaceutical educational background.
  • 5 years of sales experience.
  • Role model for Pfizer values and leader behaviors.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare environment Structures/ Functionality/ Processes.
  • Demonstrates creativity and judgment in delivering innovative new approaches and solutions that meet Key Account and Pfizer requirements.
  • Demonstrated business acumen including understanding financial and business drivers political economic legal and cultural factors and how these impact Pfizer and Key Accounts.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic languages including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills business analytical skills influencing and Interpersonal communication ability.
  • A confident and determined approach.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection and demonstrate problemsolving capabilities.
  • A high degree of selfmotivation and drive.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
