Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to enhance our brand equity and value. Efficiently managing and enhancing customer relationships will boost your candidature as a good Customer Success Executive. Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of geography, markets and businesses around the world.
  • A good understanding of web technology, database, browsers and GUI, API, cloud computing, SaaS, Data Protection, Operating System, Microsoft O365.
  • Ability to provide great customer service.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Having a technical aptitude.
  • Demonstrating good patience level.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be a team player.
  • Detail-oriented individual having the ability to prioritize tasks.
