Job Description
  • New client's development and ensuring recurring business by constantly being in touch.
  • Generating new clients by running promotional mailers, cold calling etc.
  • Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers for service development.
  • Revival for old customers database.
  • Follow up with incoming leads.
  • Generate prospects over the phone.
  • Responsible for Outbound calls to the customers from the given database.
  • Responsible for giving product updates to the clients.
  • Communicate with customers through live chat or email.
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries and concerns over a chat.
  • Uses effective selling techniques to identify customer needs and drive sales results.
  • Engage, and consult with customers to provide recommendations for services.

  • Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy Presentation Skills.
  • Client Relationships Handling
  • Reporting skills, Emphasizing Excellence, Convincing skills required.
