InnovationTeam is a forwardthinking technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to businesses. We are currently seeking a talented Mobile Developer to join our team on a remote basis.

As a Mobile Developer at InnovationTeam you will be responsible for developing testing and maintaining mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements design user interfaces and implement app features. Additionally you will work closely with product managers and UX designers to deliver highquality userfriendly mobile applications.

This position requires a strong understanding of mobile development technologies and frameworks as well as excellent problemsolving and debugging skills. The ideal candidate is highly motivated detailoriented and has a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Android Application and SDK Development:
    • Design develop and maintain sophisticated Android applications using both Java and Kotlin.
    • Create and enhance SDKs for Android ensuring seamless integration for external developers.
  • Code Review and Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and performance.
    • Identify and address performance bottlenecks bugs and other issues for optimal application and SDK performance.
  • CrossPlatform Experience: (Nice to have)
    • Utilize expertise in other mobile technologies such as React Native to contribute to crossplatform development projects.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
    • Collaborate with other senior developers and architects to make informed technical decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with product managers UI/UX designers and QA teams to deliver highquality products.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a seamless development process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Professional Android development experience.
  • Proficiency in both Java and Kotlin for Android application development.
  • Experience in building and maintaining SDKs for Android.
  • Clean & readable code writing.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of the opensource Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Android applications to backend services.
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
  • Strong understanding of Android design principles patterns and best practices.
  • A good understanding of MVC MVP & MVVM patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and objectoriented programming concepts.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and memory optimization.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the complete mobile development life cycle.
  • Experience with crossplatform development technologies such as React Native is a plus.
  • Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
