Ce grand groupe souhaitant accélérer sa croissance dans le domaine du commerce électronique, a créé un département Digital groupe en 2022.

Description du poste et des missions

Sous la responsabilité du Digital Business Solution Manager, vous participerez à l'amélioration des solutions e-business. Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes e-business et marketing régionales pour supporter l'utilisation des solutions groupes et serez un élément clé de l'animation des communauté e-business, tout en participant à l’identification et l’instructions
de chantiers d’innovation.

Maintenance évolutive et projets :

  • Analyser les besoins business, évaluer les impacts fonctionnels sur la solution existante et produire des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées pour les changements attendus.
  • Assurer la coordination avec l'équipe de développement interne pour la conception de la solution technique, l'évaluation de charge, la documentation technique et la qualification.
  • Assurer la préparation et l'animation des ateliers de conception
  • Préparer et supporter les tests utilisateurs de la solution E-business.
  • Supporter la livraison des évolutions et des correctifs selon le cycle de release mensuel.
  • Participer aux tâches de gestion de projet (coordination, planification, préparation et animation des comités)

Support au Business

  • Personne clé et point de contact privilégié du business pour les sujets liés aux applications (dans son domaine d'expertise).
  • Définir et diffuser les directives groupe et les bonnes pratiques d'utilisation des applications.
  • Dispenser des formations sur l'utilisation des applications lorsque cela est nécessaire (formation des formateurs).
  • Animer la communauté des utilisateurs clés, soutenir les équipes centrales de développement business et les équipes locales dans la définition et le suivi des plans d'action.

‍ Profil recherché

Expérience :
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience si possible dans un poste similaire.
Compétences fonctionnelles :
  • Expérience d'accompagnement de projets e-business dans un environnement BtoC et si possible BtoB.
  • Connaissance des flux de vente web
  • Expérience dans les processus e-business : gestion et navigation catalogue, recherche, entonnoir de conversion, interaction avec l'ERP, après-vente.
  • Connaissance de base de SEO/SEA, Analytics (non obligatoire)
  • Connaissance des flux de données entre systèmes (interfaces, services web)
  • Suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Compétences générales:
  • Excellentes capacités de communication (anticipation, présentation, assertivité).
  • Mobilité internationale ponctuelle
  • Anglais opérationnel (écrit et parlé)
