Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in Housekeeping or Hospitality Management are a plus.
Team Management: Ability to lead and direct a housekeeping team, and coordinate their tasks effectively.
Operations Management: Skills in organizing and managing housekeeping operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for guests.
Quality Management: Ability to ensure all housekeeping staff adhere to the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.
Resource Management: Skills in managing inventory of housekeeping materials and products, including ordering, stocking, and efficient use of resources.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests to meet their needs and resolve issues that may arise.
