  • Ability to work under pressure with multi linguistic and culture people
  • Coordinate well with all Internal and External clients.
  • A thorough knowledge of standard contract terms including hourly lumps sum nottoexceed and how they are applied in the billing process.
  • Able to reconcile any/all accounts independently
  • Employ problemsolving skills and analysis and report problems to reporting Manager.
  • Prepare and Update Sales Invoices and performs reconciliations assist with reviewing of expense reports supplier invoices.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards handling audits and following group policies and procedures
  • Should be proactive and ability to work well with all under deadline and respond to changes in priorities.
  • Good written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently take initiative set priorities and see projects through to completion.

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or higher
  • Advanced computer literacy including experience in Excel spreadsheets and accounting software preferably Oracle.
  • Relevant experience in Projects / billing cycles and receivables experience.
