Onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in de automobielsector voor PREMIUM merken, is op zoek naar een Service Advisor - Automotive Receptionist voor een van hun dealerships in Brussel.

U kunt een succesvolle ervaring in een soortgelijke functie aantonen en u wenst uw carrière een nieuwe wending te geven.


Jouw missie:
U bent verantwoordelijk voor het maken van afspraken voor het mechanisch onderhoud van de voertuigen van de klanten op basis van hun verzoeken en de werkbelasting van de werkplaats:

  • Beheer van gepland onderhoud, reparaties en technische campagnes,
  • Planning en opening van RO's,
  • Communicatie met klanten in de geest van de vertegenwoordigde merken,
  • Coördinatie en follow-up van reparatie schattingen.


De professionele zorg voor de klanten en hun voertuigen verzekeren door goed te luisteren naar hun behoeften en rekening te houden met de technische vereisten van service en mechanische reparaties:

  • Identificeer extra werk en workshop opbrengsten,
  • Overdracht van informatie aan de werkplaatschef om te voldoen aan de verwachtingen en technische eisen van de klant.


Organiseren en beheren van de terbeschikkingstelling van huurvoertuigen:

  • Boeken om te plannen,
  • Correct gebruik van het huurcontract,
  • Het controleren van de conditie en het onderhoud, het coördineren van de schoonmaak.


Follow-up van het dossier tijdens de uitvoering van de werkzaamheden:

  • Het aanvragen van overeenkomsten voor extra werk (Cliënten en Huurders),
  • Opvolgen van deadlines en communicatie met Cliënten.


Facturering van routineonderhoud en eenvoudige reparaties in overleg met de Receptie Coördinator en/of de Werkplaats Manager.

  • Dagelijkse facturatie aan particuliere klanten.


Zorgen voor een perfecte teruggave van het voertuig aan de klant:

  • Volledige en gedetailleerde verklaring van het verrichte werk en handtekening van de RO,
  • Volledige en gedetailleerde uitleg van de factuur en rechtstreekse inning van de factuur, tenzij het management hiervan afziet.
  • Beheer van het dienstboek (papier en elektronisch)


Optreden als ambassadeur voor het Louyet dealerschap en de vertegenwoordigde merken:

  • Beantwoord de telefoon binnen 3 keer overgaan, glimlach aan de telefoon,
  • Proactieve en glimlachende begroeting van Prospects, Klanten, Collaborateurs en elke andere persoon die je ontmoet in de showrooms, parkeergarages..,
  • Permanente en welwillende aandacht voor het welzijn van de klanten,
  • Voorbeeldig en respectvol rijgedrag,
  • Hoffelijke en respectvolle houding, gepast taalgebruik,
  • Persoonlijke presentatie en kleding van een hoge en passende standaard,
  • Geheimhoudingsplicht met betrekking tot informatie over de Cliënten,
  • Schone en opgeruimde werkruimte ten behoeve van de klantperceptie.


Ervoor zorgen dat klanten worden verwelkomd in de geest van de vertegenwoordigde merken:

  • Constante aandacht voor het parkeerterrein van de klant en het gebied rond het terrein,
  • Professionele ontvangst van klanten, prospects en bezoekers.

  • Doeltreffende en kwaliteitsvolle communicatie, vaardigheid in tekstschrijven, spelling.
