Are you an ambitious and experienced Telesales Representative with a passion for building meaningful B2B relationships we are seeking a talented individual like you to join our remote sales team. As a Telesales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and connecting with clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients introducing them to innovative products and services.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and present personalized solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Articulate the unique features and benefits of our offerings to showcase how they can add value to our clients remote teams.
  • Nurture leads and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring a robust sales pipeline.

Skills Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 13 years in successful B2B telesales consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to establish rapport with clients across different cultures and time zones.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive conversions and close deals effectively.
  • Selfmotivated goaldriven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities efficiently.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the remote work industry or remote team collaboration tools is advantageous
