Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English and will bring a wealth of experience in event marketing brand promotion and strategic planning. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong ability to manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for events festivals and popups.
Coordinate with homegrown brands SMEs food trucks and entertainment providers to create appealing and cohesive event experiences.
Manage relationships with sponsors influencers UGC content creators and performers to enhance event visibility and engagement.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials including digital content advertisements and printed collateral.
Plan and execute 360degree marketing campaigns including social media email marketing SEO PPC and traditional media.
Design and manage offline marketing initiatives such as posters flyers and billboards.
Organize and promote performances workshops and other event activities to drive attendee engagement.
Negotiate and establish barter deals with partners and vendors to maximize event resources and reduce costs.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
Manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffective use of resources.

Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on events festivals or related industries.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including social media SEO PPC and content marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for events and marketing.
