The Overseas Recruitment Consultant plays a pivotal role in sourcing screening and selecting candidates for employment opportunities abroad. They are responsible for understanding client needs sourcing suitable candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. This role requires exceptional communication skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and objectives.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients providing regular updates on candidate progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Utilize various channels including online job boards social media and networking events to source qualified candidates.
    • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates skills experience and suitability for overseas positions.
  3. Recruitment Process Management:

    • Coordinate and manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
    • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process including assistance with visa applications and relocation logistics.
  4. Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements including immigration laws and employment regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate information including resumes contracts and compliance documentation.
  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Track recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
    • Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment activities including candidate pipelines timetofill and client satisfaction.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment preferably in an international or crossborder context.
  • Strong understanding of international recruitment processes including visa requirements and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/systems.
  • Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous depending on the target recruitment markets.


Strong understanding of international recruitment processes, including visa requirements and compliance regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/systems.
