• APEX training as assigned and completed within 90 days of hire and
  
• Associate s degree is

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and completion and passing of EKG exam required at hire
  
• NIH Stroke scale completed within 90 days of hire and
  
• Preferred: ACLS, PALS, & ASPAN is
