The OFS Support Analyst supports the ongoing maintenance and configuration of the Oracle Field Service application environment as implemented at the

Title: OFC Support Analyst
Location: Folsom, 08037
Pay: $90-100K plus benefitsType: Contract to hire
Schedule: Hybrid schedule (Onsite Tuesday and Wednesday each week)

  • Provide ongoing support for OFS implementation and associated user community
  • Improve systems by studying current practices and proposing modifications where appropriate
  • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
  • Work with business to capture and assess new business requirements and implementation of new
  • Year long project - these are responsibilities that will grow with the role - training will be provided by the Client
  • Assist with development of training materials, QA test cases, user stories, and UAT test
  • Participate as part of the UAT team in coordinating UAT activities between the business and


Requirements
  • Fundamental understanding of client-server middleware and message translation
  • Basic high-level understanding of REST APIs and
  • Familiarity with Relational Database fundamentals (such as data types, tables, and uniqueness) and/or SQL
  • Familiarity with basic regular expressions and "Excel-style" formulas

Additional Desired Skills and Experience (Admin + Mid Tier/Data Warehouse/Plugin Developer)

  • Web development experience using HTML5/CSS/Java script and Web services
  • Mastery of SQL to include ETL from XML resources -- OR -- Oracle Cloud Database Administration experience
  • Experience administering and developing on middleware platforms such as Data stage, Biztalk, Web logic JMS, or Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Experience with basic network security and topology concepts, to include enterprise VPNs and firewalls
  • Experience administering a SSO identity provider such as Active Directory using SAML , LDAP or OpenID
