  • More than 8 years (international) service management experience.
  • Background in automated handling systems goods industry and/or system integration businesses.
  • Strong customer focus and servicesoriented mindset.
  • Residing locally or willing to relocate to Dammam (KSA).
  • Business functions focused and entrepreneurship mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Customers service contract personnel operations quality and finance.
  • Final responsibility for performance of operations on site specific.
  • Budget controller for site business related functions.
  • Client focal point of contact and Site representative of Vanderlande Industries.
  • Manage the Operations crew.
  • Identifying locating and assessing improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders at the airport.
