  • The Head of School will report directly to the Director of Schools and Education EC-12 and Executive Director for EC-12, and is responsible for implementing the Board approved strategy under the direction of the Sector leadership.
  • Working in collaboration with the NCS Senior Leadership Team, he/she will be responsible for leading the school through the IB PYP, MYP, DP and CP authorization process
  • Evaluating the school’s performance against the ACE standards of the NEASC Accreditation (currently underway).
  • Identify the priorities for continuous improvement; raising standards; ensuring equality of opportunity for all; developing school and IB policies and practices in conjunction with the ERI Team and the Internal Advisory Board
