Job Overview:

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the Company s corporate accounting function including GAAP-related entries, reconciliation and reporting of the Company s financial This role will implement a monthly preparation and review of GAAP-related entries to assure that the Company s accounting books and records are in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles on a monthly, quarterly and annual This role will also be integrally involved in the Company s annual audit and managing the Company s processes and

Responsibilities for the Job, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinate/onboard partner setups, serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams, and work closely with all parties to provide accurate and thorough accounting ;

  • Manage and support of various year-end audit in accordance with GAAP accounting standards as well as process improvement and integration

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information consolidation

  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for all types of accounts, including accruals, prepaids, and acquisitions to ensure accurate and timely reporting and general ledger reliability

  • Assist in the operating company financial reporting process

  • Assist partners regarding day-to-day inquiries, including questions on improving effectiveness of monthly close process and reporting requirements

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new partner companies by gaining understanding of the business quickly, submitting any custom requests, and communicating key integration recommendations to the controller

  • Develop and implement accounting, billing, payment, and review procedures

  • Establish and maintain appropriate internal control aiming to improve effectiveness and efficiency

  • Review and provide feedback of monthly financial reporting packages including monthly balance sheet account reconciliations



Requirements

What you will bring to the job:

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting with at least 3 years of public accounting experience, big four preferred

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred but not

  • Knowledge of financial reporting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and reporting skills

  • Strong client serving skills to serve internal clients

  • Positivity and collaborative approach to work in a team environment
