KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing calls with polite greeting.

  • Receiving Greeting Visitors.

  • Facility management which includes monitoring office cleanliness, maintaining office equipment, ensure smooth functioning of office assets.

  • Stock Maintenance which includes stationery housekeeping items.

  • Supervision of office Boys and coordination with them.

  • Reservation Management i.e., hotel and travel booking.

  • Vendor Management Coordination

  • Arranging monthly fixed expenses invoices and processing payment every month.

  • Drops the birthday work anniversary emails.

  • Maintain Visitor s Record Book on regular basis.

  • Other admin activities which include keeping record of petty cash, ordering business card, keeping courier record, birthday work anniversary arrangement (snacks/drinks).

  • Work Experience Qualifications

  • Graduate with 1 year of experience.

  • Preferably in the hospitality industry in managing front office and administrative functions.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Pleasing personality / appearance

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command over English

  • Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
