Mobile Application Developer (Backend) at EXCO Egypt

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Application Developer with expertise in backend development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable and robust backend systems for mobile applications. As a Mobile Application Developer (Backend) you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure that powers our mobile applications ensuring optimal performance security and reliability.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into backend solutions for mobile applications
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services to support mobile app functionality and data exchange
  • Implement authentication authorization and security features to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Optimize backend performance and scalability to handle large volumes of traffic and data
  • Integrate thirdparty services and APIs to enhance mobile app functionality and user experience
  • Implement data storage solutions including databases and caching mechanisms to efficiently manage and retrieve data
  • Monitor and troubleshoot backend systems to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering (Masters degree preferred)
  • Proven experience with minimum 7 years as a Backend Developer Software Engineer or similar role with a focus on mobile application development
  • Strong programming skills in one or more backend languages (e.g. Java Kotlin Node.js Python ASP.net ASP core C#)
  • Experience with backend frameworks and technologies (e.g. Spring Boot Express.js Django)
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL MongoDB PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering highquality and reliable software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Developer
