About the Role:
Are you ready to elevate the art of air travel? Are you the type who is obsessive about creating remarkable first impressions?

Embedded with our guest-centric Guest Experience department, you will play a crucial role in, managing, developing, implementing and iterating the UX / UI end-to-end guest / staff digital products and experiences to translate the strategic vision into a digital experience.

You will own complex initiatives, produce personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications that show how digital products enhance and fit within the context of an overall experience and user ecosystems.
- Innovate and dynamic, you crave the opportunity to design and deliver top-notch and market-leading experiences. You’re a visionary about to revolutionize how passengers interact with our brand from booking to landing making the skies friendlier and ever more delightful._

About You:
Degree qualified (Master’s ideally), you must demonstrate a minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-centric ‘agile’ organization. Your experience will also include ideally at least 3 years in a product lead role.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you have a sound understanding of areas of specialization within the greater experience design and product development landscape, including but not limited to design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Adobe Creative Suite, Abstract, etc.
