**Position Objectives**:
To provide high-level consultation and advice as a Subject Matter Expert on the overall process of Telecom Site Acquisition / Site Lease and its relevant issues.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:
SA/SL GM Advisor's responsibility will be included but not limited to:
Formulate, execute and monitor client’s site leasing & acquisition strategy, objectives, policies & procedures to ensure that excellent service is delivered in the most efficient and effective manner.
Oversee liaison with operations and commercial to identify client site and property requirements; analyze the market to identify and recommend the compatible site and property options to CFO.
Review the evaluation of site leasing options and investigate means to enhance optimization and utilization of current sites through understanding site demand and comparing it to its capacity
Engage in negotiations with land and property owners and ensure client’s commercial interest is catered for and agree on terms and conditions and acquire site and property as required
Oversee all relevant to site and property licensing and permits and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
Oversee the management of all relevant Tower sites and property management activities to safeguard the client’s interests and report emerging requirements and challenges to relevant parties
Review and assess periodic reports from records of all relevant to site acquisition, leasing, and management activities and report to CFO.
Participate in the development of the client's strategy and operational objectives and oversee the cascading of the overall strategy to the relevant functional area
Develop financial budgeting and projection and; and monitor actual performance throughout the financial cycle
Oversee the performance of line management to ensure the client's strategy and objectives are applied and met
Keep abreast of discipline best practices and drive implementation
Perform assessment of the current Site Acquisition & Lease Department's functions and personnel to identify possible deficiencies or shortages and areas for improvement, including immediate priority needs.

Definition, monitoring, and enhancement of the performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the Site Acquisition Department's efficiency and to realize the maximum performance levels and economical returns.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil/ Construction/ Telecommunication.

Overall 20+ years including a minimum of 10 years in Site Acquisition / Site Lease related activities.
Must be holding strong Project Management skills, with valid PMP/PgMP certification.
Proven experience with GSM Site Acquisition processes, documentation, and dealing with local / government authorities.
Good knowledge and experience of Project Management tools and other required tools for the Site Lease and Site Acquisition services.
Good knowledge of reporting concepts and setting up templates, and Skilled in the use of tools such as Microsoft Project, Database usage, and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, preferably with Power BI dashboard & reporting.
Capable of handling multi requests and activities assigned by the client's higher management.
Excellent communication & presentation skills, with strong personality and abilities to convince the higher management.
Must be a Native Arabic Speaker, with good command of the English language (both written & spoken).
