As a Welcome Ambassador/Airport Greeter you are responsible to meet and provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all arriving/departing guests of the resort so as to achieve high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

- Be the first and last point of the contact for all arriving/departing guests of the resort.
- Promote and maintain good working relation with airline desk, customs, immigration and other airport personnel’s
- Co-ordinate and assist transportation requirements of guest (car transfer to jetty, sea plane transfers)
- Expedite the guest entry to the country by ensuring entry visas etc. are correct and have full and up to date knowledge of the visa procedures
- Ensure that all hotel guests are met and assisted at the airport on arrival and departure in order to provide personalized service
- Carry the daily arrival and departure report in order to monitor guest movements from/to island
- Coordinate with hotel team arrival and departure times of the guests from/to airport, from/to welcome center
- Assist guests for any inquires when on the ground in the airport/welcome center
