**Job Description Summary**: The HR Leader - MEA will partner closely with the Grid Automation (GA) MEA RGM to drive the Regional HR strategy and execute key HR initiatives, provide available and responsive internal employee support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement.
In line with Saudization requirements preference will be given to qualified Saudi nationals.
** Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Provide dedicated HR guidance and coaching to multiple leaders for GA employees with specific focus on employee advocacy / engagement, conflict resolution, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, career development, talent assessment, acquisition and retention, and workplace investigations, as appropriate
- Demonstrated expertise in various HR functional areas, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR compliance.
- Drive the regional resourcing plan foreseen in the Region, build a robust talent pipeline, improve competencies and fill critical skill gaps
- Be available for employee & manager needs
- Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated, and resolved
- Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance, immigration, supervisor training, staffing selection processes and onboarding, employee development, payroll/benefits, etc.
- Lead other GA projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of professional work in the Human Resources function with generalist / HRBP responsibilities.
- Minimum 5 years in a Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
- Collaborating closely with business leaders, managers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, and proactively providing HR support and solutions to drive business success
- Experience working in the MEA region, with a deep understanding of Saudi Arabia's labor laws, cultural nuances, and business practices.
- Proven track record of providing strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders, driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape in Saudi Arabia and the MEA region.
- Passionate employee advocate who wants to make a difference in the organization by helping employees succeed.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, forecast needs, and make data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
- Overseeing HR operations and processes, including payroll, HRIS management, data analytics, and reporting, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution with confidentiality, integrity, and fairness.
**Desired Characteristics**:
