**Job Overview**: As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and the organization as a whole. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address employee relations issues in a timely and confidential manner, fostering a positive work environment.
- **Performance Management**:
- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- **Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs accordingly.
- Support the development of career paths and succession plans for employees.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files and HRIS data.
- **HR Administration**:
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
