**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective logistics and supply chain solution
- Develop policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implement subsequent changes to processes
- Management overall aspects of the DP World KSA Logistics, including but not limited to financial performance, human resources, training and evaluation of staff, sales & marketing including digital marketing, online and off-line strategy, operations & logistics management.
- Identify optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution
- Lead and manage 3PL from delivery perspective and performance management, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
- Further develop and implement KPI systems to monitor performance of the procurement activities and to foster the digitalization of procurement processes
- P&L responsible covering all products and clients in KSA logistics, site performance (cost/utilization)
- continuous improvement, optimization of assets and investment proposals and follow up
- Business development aligned with strategy
- Operational excellence, HSSE compliance, managing subcontractors and sites operating basis security and IT standards
- Facilitate the execution and training of people linked to products, solutions and clients
- Having the best place to work for our logistics staff in KSA
- Promote and demonstrate positive behaviour in harmony with DP World’s Principals.
- Accountable for leading, mentoring and team engagement.
- Providing direction, promoting collaboration and ensuring the team are enabled to achieve goals and objectives of the business
- Measure and monitor performance against critical criteria, policy and guidelines established by DP World
- Ensure compliance to DP World, Environment, Health, Safety, Security & IT policies and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
- Ensure adherence to DP World standards and policies.
- Ensure data security is maintained to protect the privacy and interest of clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage team of professionals and disseminating knowledge through continuous learning and development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

**Job requirements**:
**Qualifications**: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business administration/logistics and supply chain/commerce

**Experience**: Minimum 10 to 15 substantial years of experience in handling commercial activities, broad customer-based relationship management, knowledge of shipping lines, agents, traders, Logistics, supply chain management and related activities

**Competencies and skills**:

- Proficiency with shipping industry Shipping Lines and agents, the logistics industry as well as the Trading industry
- E-Services, EDI, CRM
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and confidence to operate in a customer-centric manner and advanced in English
